Digital portfolio with minimalist design, interactive plans & dual lead funnels
Build Plus is a construction and real‑estate development firm known for bioclimatic design and sustainable materials. The challenge was to translate two decades of expertise into a digital portfolio that feels as considered as their buildings. The site needed to showcase residential and commercial projects, educate visitors on sustainable living, and create clear pathways for enquiries. The guiding values remained clarity, speed, trust and growth, with particular attention to conveying the brand’s modern, eco‑conscious identity.
The brief
Beyond a simple brochure site, Build Plus required a multi‑phase web project that would:
- Platform: Use WordPress with Elementor for flexibility, allowing future projects and multilingual content to be added without developer support.
- User experience: Minimalist aesthetic with clean lines, intuitive navigation and mobile‑first responsiveness; loading animations and subtle hover effects to elevate the feel.
- Interactive features: A clickable floorplan tool for certain developments, letting visitors explore unit layouts, views and availability; dynamic project galleries with filters; and dual enquiry funnels—one contact form for general enquiries and a detailed quote form for prospective clients.
- Content structure: Sections for company profile, project showcase, sustainability philosophy, services and news; plus downloadable brochures, newsletter sign‑up and social media integration.
- Phased build: Concept and wireframing, front‑end design, back‑end CMS integration, content and image loading, on‑site and local SEO, speed optimisation, bug fixing, form testing and final QA.
- SEO & marketing: On‑page and local SEO strategy, schema for Organisation and Project, meta titles/descriptions, performance tuning, analytics setup and future blog framework.
- Maintenance: Training for staff to manage projects, update content, handle enquiries and monitor analytics.

The execution
The Build Plus website started with research into the brand and its audience of modern families, eco-conscious buyers, and investors. Wireframes mapped a straightforward journey from introduction to enquiry, and the design adopted a restrained palette of sunflower yellow and slate grey to reflect natural energy and robust materials. Navigation was kept shallow, with anchor links to key sections.
Interactive elements make exploration intuitive, from subtle loading animations and hover reveals to clickable floorplans for upcoming developments. Elementor was used to build reusable project templates with hero image, description, technical highlights (A+ energy class, natural materials, ground-floor layouts, rooftop jacuzzis), and clear calls to action.
Two enquiry paths were designed: a short contact form for general questions and a more detailed quote request that expands as users engage. Both were tested for reliability across devices. Content foundations were also set up, with a blog/news section and a “Food for Thought” page supporting future thought leadership.
On-site and local SEO were implemented through structured headings, keywords, alt text, schema, and landing pages for Nea Kerdylia and other project locations. The build included speed optimisation, bug fixing, and polish. Staff were trained to manage content and analytics independently.
