Physis Massage Therapy

Wellness website with clear services, locations, and booking.

Physis Massage is a wellness centre offering over twenty massage therapies, including signature massage, hot stones, sports massage and cupping therapy. The centre also provides gift cards and curated packages for couples and athletes. We partnered in early 2024 to build a website that reflects the centre's holistic approach and allows clients to book treatments easily. The focus was on clarity-explain each therapy-and on growth, encouraging gift card sales and package bookings.

The brief

The client wanted a site that showcases the range of therapies, offers an intuitive booking experience and promotes gift cards and packages. Constraints included the sheer number of treatments and the need to educate visitors about less common therapies like cupping. Goals were to increase bookings, sell more gift cards and build an online presence that matches the serenity of the physical centre.

The execution

We developed a serene design using natural colours and imagery. The homepage introduces Physis with the tagline and a summary of the holistic offerings. A therapies page lists all treatments with short descriptions and an explanation of benefits. Packages for couples and athletes are highlighted, explaining why they are meaningful gifts. The booking system allows users to select therapy type, practitioner and time slot. We added a gift card module that sends digital vouchers. Testimonials provide social proof. SEO targeted terms like "massage therapy [city]" and included SpaService schema. Accessibility improvements included larger text and simplified navigation. We connected analytics to monitor bookings and gift card sales.
