Aitatoglou Filoxeni Law Office

Law firm site with online booking, resources & local SEO

Aitatoglou Filoxeni is a law office based in Sérres that advises individuals and small businesses on corporate, commercial, insolvency and real estate matters. When work began in early 2024, the brief was to move beyond a static brochure. The firm needed a digital presence that could reflect its seriousness and experience while making it easy for potential clients to find information, book appointments and trust the team. The design had to feel professional and calm: carefully chosen colours, photography and typography convey reliability without being cold. Responsive layouts and clear navigation ensure the site works as well on a phone as on a desktop.

The brief

The challenge was to build a website that presents Aitatoglou Filoxeni’s services and credentials while removing friction for prospective clients. The requirements were:

  • Brand & design: Translate the firm’s identity into a minimal aesthetic with a serious colour palette, professional photography and elegant typography.
  • Service & resources: Structure content around practice areas—insolvency, real estate, corporate and commercial law—plus a blog for legal insights.
  • Bookings & contact: Provide a secure contact form and an optional appointment‑booking system with a deposit and step‑by‑step flow.
  • SEO & analytics: Implement on‑site and local SEO, translate content into English, integrate Google Analytics and ensure GDPR compliance.

The execution

The project began with discovery sessions and a brand kit to define the firm’s tone. Wireframes mapped a straightforward journey from homepage to services and contact. A restrained colour palette, professional photography, and balanced typography establish trust and readability.

Practice area pages outline services clearly and include FAQs to simplify legal terms. A blog shares articles in plain language, positioning the firm as both approachable and authoritative. The contact page offers two paths: a consultation form or a booking system that secures a slot with a deposit. The booking flow integrates a payment gateway, calendar availability, automated email and SMS confirmations, and optional translations.

SEO work covered keyword research, meta tags, structured data for “Lawyer” and “LocalBusiness,” and local listings. All content was built in Greek and mirrored in English. Analytics tools track performance, while GDPR compliance is addressed with cookie banners and policies. The build also included server setup, corporate email accounts, and staff training on CMS management.

  • Minimalist aesthetic & strong brand: colour palette and photography communicate professionalism
  • Structured services & FAQs: practice areas explained with answers to common questions
  • Resource blog: plain-language articles position the firm as an educational resource
  • Appointment booking with deposit: step-by-step flow with payments and automated confirmations
  • Bilingual & local SEO: translated content and targeted keywords for stronger reach
  • Analytics & GDPR compliance: traffic insights and privacy protection built in

The impact

The redesigned Aitatoglou Filoxeni website feels polished and professional, aligning digital perception with the firm’s reputation. Visitors can easily explore practice areas, read practical articles and either request a consultation or book an appointment directly. The optional booking system has reduced administrative back‑and‑forth and increased the number of secured consultations. Local SEO and bilingual content have improved visibility for “lawyer Sérres” searches, while analytics give the team data to refine content and marketing. Overall, the new site transforms the firm’s online presence from a static page into a trusted gateway for clients seeking legal support.
