Luxury villa site with targeted messaging, accessible suites & concierge extras
Mamfredas Luxury Residence is a five‑bedroom villa in Tsilivi, Zakynthos that combines modern elegance with Greek charm. Built for guests who want more than a place to sleep, it offers private pools, sea and garden views and special accommodations for guests with disabilities. The project brief in early 2024 was to translate that experience into a digital presence that speaks to affluent families, couples, honeymooners, luxury travel enthusiasts and accessibility‑focused travellers. The site had to reflect the villa’s exclusivity, inspire bookings and showcase the cultural and natural richness of Zakynthos.
The brief
The goal was to design and develop a website that captures the residence’s unique character while driving direct reservations. Key requirements included:
- Targeted branding: A refined visual identity and tone that resonate with families, couples, luxury seekers and travellers looking for accessible stays.
- Comprehensive content: Pages detailing accommodations, amenities, packages, experiences, extras (in‑villa cook, massage therapist, fitness trainer, bartender, boat and car rentals, transfers, restaurant bookings, beach recommendations) and travel tips.
- Booking & offers: Integrated booking engine with rate parity, ability to add packages and extras, clear price inclusions vs add‑ons and special offers.
- User experience & SEO: Minimalist design, responsive layouts, interactive floor plans, lists of amenities, accessible information, SEO‑ready structure and localised content to promote Zakynthos as a destination.



The execution
The project began with persona mapping to align messaging with the villa’s audiences—families, couples, honeymooners, luxury travellers, and accessibility-minded guests. A moodboard defined colours and typography that convey understated luxury. The homepage introduces Mamfredas Luxury Residence as a serene escape, with a hero image and concise copy.
Accessibility was built in from the start: clear navigation, high-contrast text, keyboard-friendly forms, and dedicated information on accessible rooms and facilities. Accommodation pages detail layouts, sleeping arrangements, options, and views. Interactive floor plans and comprehensive amenity lists clarify what’s included and what can be added.
A packages section promotes themed stays such as Love, Wellness, Birthday, and Honeymoon, while an extras page showcases concierge services like private chef, massage, personal trainer, cocktail bartender, and excursions. The booking engine provides real-time availability, ensures rate parity with OTAs, allows extras and package selection, collects deposits, and sends confirmations by email and SMS.
Travel guide pages highlight Zakynthos beaches, restaurants, and cultural sites, positioning the villa as part of a wider destination. SEO setup covered metadata, schema, and targeted keywords, with translations enabling multi-market reach. The build followed a phased plan—concept, wireframing, front-end design, CMS integration, SEO, performance optimisation, and final testing. Training equipped staff to manage content, bookings, and analytics independently.

The impact
The revamped Mamfredas Luxury Residence site elevates the villa’s story from a simple listing to a digital concierge. Visitors now see how the property caters to their specific needs—whether it’s accessibility, romance or family adventure—and can book packages and extras without confusion. The clear amenity lists and accessible design build trust, while the integrated booking engine has increased direct reservations and reduced reliance on third‑party platforms. Upsells of in‑villa cook, spa services and excursions have grown revenue per booking, and the local guide pages keep users on the site longer, improving SEO signals. With multilingual content and targeted messaging, the villa attracts international guests and stands out in a competitive market. Overall, the site transforms a static brochure into an immersive, conversion‑focused platform that aligns with Mamfredas’ luxury ethos.
