Ellie Hatzipazarli
Personal brand platform with booking, books & brand identity
Ellie Hatzipazarli is a psychologist and author who needed a digital space that reflects her expertise and personality. The goal wasn’t just to list services; it was to build a modern “digital office” that houses her biography, counselling offerings, published books and a seamless appointment system. The site had to look and feel professional yet warm, conveying trust and accessibility for people seeking help. At the same time it needed to strengthen her personal brand and support marketing efforts through SEO and structured content.
The brief
This project combined brand identity work with web design and a booking solution. The main requirements included:
- Brand identity: Develop a logo, colour palette, typography and brand guidelines that capture Ellie’s tone and professionalism.
- Content structure: Create a site that presents her biography, therapy services (individual, couples, parenting, adolescents), her published books and speaking engagements, with a clear, concise navigation.
- Booking system: Integrate a WordPress‑based booking plugin (WPAmelia) to allow clients to schedule sessions online with automated confirmations and calendar sync.
- Marketing & SEO: Set up the site for on‑site SEO, a future blog, local search visibility and analytics, and design email signatures and corporate email accounts.

The execution
The project began with research and a moodboard to set the visual direction. A bespoke logo, colour scheme, typography system, and tone of voice guidelines were developed to align with Ellie’s personality and values. WordPress was installed on a new domain with a temporary “coming soon” page during the build.
Custom templates were created for biography, services, book catalogue, and resources. Each service page explains who it’s for, what to expect, and how therapy works. The “Books” section presents Ellie’s titles with links to purchase pages, and a blog framework is in place for future articles.
Booking is powered by WPAmelia, allowing visitors to select a session type and time, pay deposits if required, and receive automated confirmations and reminders. Contact forms handle general enquiries. Additional setup included branded email accounts, integrated payment systems, and training on CMS management, bookings, and analytics.
SEO work covered keyword research, meta titles and descriptions, and schema markup for Person and Service. The site is responsive, optimised for fast loading, and designed for accessibility. The build followed a phased schedule: domain and server setup, concept and wireframing, design and integration, copywriting and imagery, SEO and testing.
- Brand identity & tone: cohesive logo, colours, typography, and guidelines
- Biography, services & books: structured content clarifies background, offerings, and publications
- WPAmelia booking engine: automated scheduling with payments and confirmations
- Responsive design & accessibility: calm, inviting experience across devices
- SEO & marketing foundations: metadata, schema, and blog framework for visibility
- Email & payment setup: branded emails and secure payment systems for professional communication

Clients now find what they need and book on their own. The site feels calm, professional, and saves hours each week.
The impact
The new elliehatzipazarli.gr feels like a polished extension of Ellie’s practice. The personal brand work distinguishes her in a crowded field, and clients can now learn about her services and schedule sessions without back‑and‑forth emails. The booking plugin has reduced administrative overhead and improved attendance rates. Detailed service pages and a clear presentation of her books build credibility, while the site’s SEO and local optimisation attract new visitors searching for psychological support in Greek and English. By combining brand identity, thoughtful design and technology, the digital office serves both Ellie’s clients and her professional growth.
