Wok n Roll is a sushi and noodle takeaway in Tsilivi that needed to build its digital footprint from the ground up. The vision for 2025 was ambitious: make Wok n Roll the go‑to spot for locals and tourists craving Asian street food on Zakynthos and leverage digital channels to convert browsers into loyal customers. The solution had to combine a high‑converting website with a focused marketing strategy, reflecting the brand’s energy and street‑food aesthetic while making it effortless to order, find the restaurant or connect via WhatsApp.

The brief

The project called for a comprehensive digital overhaul that included:

Website build: A modern, mobile‑friendly site with an interactive menu, order buttons and clear calls to action.
Multi‑channel ordering: Click‑to‑Call, WhatsApp integration and links to Wolt/eFood for quick orders.
SEO & local optimisation: Bilingual content (Greek and English), targeted keywords for “sushi Zakynthos” and “noodles Zakynthos,” structured data and schema, and integration with Google My Business, TripAdvisor and Google Reviews.
Marketing readiness: Facebook and Instagram pixel implementation, Google Maps embed, SSL certification, GDPR compliance, analytics integration and a roadmap for social content and campaigns.

The execution

The engagement began with a moodboard that captured Gen Z energy through bold colours, flash photography, and close-up shots of dishes and people. WordPress was installed on a new domain, and a responsive design was built with clear sections for menu, ordering, contact details, and location.

The menu displays each dish with photos, descriptions, and “Order Now” buttons that trigger WhatsApp orders or link directly to delivery platforms. A bilingual structure makes the site easy to use for both locals and tourists. Click-to-Call buttons support instant phone orders, while WhatsApp integration streamlines messaging. A Google Maps embed helps with navigation, and TripAdvisor and Google Reviews widgets add social proof.

SEO and marketing foundations were put in place with schema markup for Restaurant and Food Delivery, high-intent keyword optimisation, and Facebook/Instagram pixels for retargeting. SSL and GDPR compliance build trust. The site was optimised for speed, and a content calendar with social media guidelines was prepared for launch. Staff were trained on updating menus, managing bilingual content, tracking analytics, and running campaigns.
