Boutique hospitality platform with cohesive branding, secure booking & local guides

Ethereal Thassos, a new holiday home and boutique stay concept on the island of Thassos, needed more than a landing page. The brief was to craft a digital presence that captures the serene, modern character of the homes, builds a memorable brand and converts interest into bookings. The work stretched from brand identity through to a performant website with integrated booking. The focus remained on clarity, speed, trust and growth: making it easy for travellers to discover the properties, learn their story and secure a stay directly.

The brief

The project combined branding, web design and marketing setup into a single engagement. Deliverables included:

  • Brand identity: Logo, colour palette, typography and brand guidelines, plus printed assets such as business cards, door hangers, welcome cards and signage for on‑site consistency.
  • Website: A high‑quality, multi‑page site with a logical structure, easy navigation and responsive design. Pages would cover accommodation categories, dining options, amenities, local experiences and a blog.
  • Booking system: Integration of a booking engine with real‑time availability, secure payment gateway and prominent “Book Now” CTAs throughout.
  • Content & storytelling: High‑quality photographs and videos, detailed room descriptions, amenities lists and a brand narrative that conveys the property’s philosophy and values.
  • Local guides & SEO: Structured content for nearby attractions, activities and travel tips, optimised for search engines; inclusion of schema markup for Hotel and LocalBusiness.
  • Digital presence: Setup and optimisation of social media profiles, Meta Ads account, Google My Business, TripAdvisor and Apple Maps for local SEO and reviews.
  • User experience: Fast load times, intuitive navigation, mobile optimisation and multilingual readiness.
  • Maintenance: CMS for easy content updates, analytics integration and performance monitoring.

The execution

The engagement began with brand development: a bespoke logo, colour palette, and typography that reflected the calm yet upscale character of the homes. The identity extended across printed materials, business cards, door hangers, and on-site signage, reinforcing trust at every touchpoint.

The website was built on a flexible CMS with a modular design system for consistency and scalability. The home page opens with a full-bleed photo of Thassos and a concise value proposition. Simple navigation leads to accommodation, dining, amenities, and experiences. Each accommodation type has its own template with high-resolution images, floor plans, amenities, and rates. Copywriting mixes facts with a sense of place, while “Book Now” buttons appear on every page. A booking engine handles real-time availability and secure payments.

Detailed service pages cover in-room breakfast, pool access, and transfers, supported by a local guide of beaches, restaurants, and activities. Responsive design, optimised images, and efficient code ensure fast performance on mobile. Schema markup and hreflang tags strengthen multi-language SEO, and a blog framework supports future content.

The digital presence was extended with Google My Business, TripAdvisor, and Apple Maps listings, plus optimised Facebook and Instagram profiles feeding reviews and social proof back to the site. Newsletter sign-up and analytics tracking complete the foundation. Staff were trained to manage bookings and update content independently.
