FEELINX Fitness
Beach fitness platform with bilingual content, dynamic schedule & booking flow
Feelinx Fitness delivers summer‑season workouts on the sands of Ofrinio Beach, from high‑intensity cross training and sunrise yoga to swimming and running sessions. The challenge was to translate this lifestyle into a digital space that attracts Balkan tourists and Greek vacationers, builds trust and converts casual visitors into bookings. The solution had to be bilingual, SEO‑optimised and ready to scale into a full booking engine. As always, clarity, speed, trust and growth guided every decision.
The brief
The project required a WordPress build that balances flexibility for non‑technical staff with a polished user experience. Key requirements included:
- Platform: WordPress running the Eagle Elite theme with Elementor, bilingual via WPML, and future‑ready for Amelia booking and Stripe payments.
- Content: Static pages for home, about, personal training, swimming services, massage services and contact; dynamic content types for group classes, schedules, team profiles and a blog.
- Integrations: Simple contact/request form with fields for name, email, phone and request type; GA4 and GTM analytics; RankMath or Yoast for SEO; schema for LocalBusiness, Person, Event and Service; newsletter sign‑up; Instagram feed; testimonials and trainer bios; future e‑commerce expansion.
- Language strategy: Primary English and secondary Greek, with translated slugs, metadata and hreflang tags; separate URLs (example.com/ and example.com/gr/).
- Maintenance: Custom post types for classes, team, schedule entries and blog posts, accessible editing via Elementor, ongoing SEO and performance checks.

The execution
A modular site architecture was built with Elementor to ensure ease of editing and cohesive design. On the home page, an inviting hero invites users to “Move, Breathe, Recharge,” followed by class categories, Cross Training, Yoga & Pilates, Swimming Lessons and Guided Running, each with icons, short descriptions and “Book Your Spot” CTAs. The content is available in English and Greek, with translation handled via WPML. Custom post types store classes, trainers, schedule entries and blog posts; these feed dynamic pages such as “Group Classes,” “Meet the Team” and “Schedule.” The schedule page displays upcoming sessions filtered by date, with links to a contact form that collects visitor details and request type, acting as phase‑one booking. Team pages showcase photos, bios and certifications to build credibility, while a blog section lays the foundation for wellness articles and trainer Q&As. Personal training, swimming and massage pages highlight premium one‑on‑one services, each with CTAs and internal links. SEO considerations include keyword‑based meta titles and descriptions, alt text on imagery and schema markup for events and services. GA4 and GTM are integrated for analytics, and a newsletter form enables future email marketing. The design uses Mediterranean colors, seasonal imagery and succinct copy to evoke energy and inclusivity. Preparations for phase‑two include wiring the Amelia plugin for full schedule management, trainer selection, Stripe payments and calendar sync. Staff training covered how to update content, manage translations and use analytics.

The impact
The updated Feelinx Fitness site now feels like an extension of the beach experience it promotes. Bilingual content and clear class categories reduce confusion for international visitors, while the dynamic schedule and contact form have increased enquiries and pre‑season bookings. Personal training, swimming and massage pages have opened new revenue channels, and the blog framework positions the brand for ongoing content marketing. SEO foundations have improved search rankings for key phrases, and analytics show longer sessions and more repeat visits. With a scalable CMS and planned booking plugin, the site is ready to handle growth, off‑season offerings and merchandise sales without sacrificing performance or user experience.
