Unified business services portal with cross‑sell engine & SEO‑ready design

IBARA Group operates as a multi‑disciplinary partner in the UAE, offering company formation, recruitment, real estate and facilities management under one umbrella. In spring 2025 the company sought to consolidate its four service lines into a single digital destination that does more than inform; it needed to convert, cross‑sell and grow. The challenge was to build a platform that positions IBARA as the go‑to authority for business services, drives qualified enquiries and remains flexible enough to support future microsites and campaigns. Clarity, speed, trust and growth anchored the approach.

The brief

The objective was to create a high‑performance, future‑proof website that unifies IBARA’s services, showcases expertise and turns visitors into leads. The brief included:

  • Platform: A modular Webflow build with dynamic CMS collections for case studies, FAQs and service-specific content.
  • Content: Hero section with mission statement, mega menu for quick service access, differentiators grid (“Why IBARA”), combined service journeys, case studies, trust indicators, testimonials and a strong call‑to‑action footer. Each service page, company formation, recruitment, real estate, facilities management, needed its own hero, sub‑service breakdowns, use cases and FAQs.
  • Integrations: Lead magnets (downloadable guides), newsletter sign‑up, blog pipeline, WhatsApp chat, dynamic forms with conditional logic, local SEO features (map pack, structured schema), analytics and retargeting pixels.
  • UX & copy: Directional button hovers, micro‑interactions, multi‑layered copy that serves skimmers, researchers and search engines, and a responsive, scalable design system.
  • Maintenance: CMS-ready modules for future verticals, multilingual readiness, technical SEO foundations, caching, speed optimisation and training for internal teams.

The execution

The IBARA site was designed to centralise the brand while keeping each vertical distinct. A mega menu with icons and descriptive labels makes navigation intuitive, while the home page introduces the mission, “Your Partner of Choice in the UAE,” followed by service tiles that link directly to each business line. A “Why IBARA” section highlights differentiators such as all-in-one services, market expertise, and personalised support. Combined service paths demonstrate how offerings like company formation, recruitment, and real estate work together, creating cross-sell opportunities. Case studies, testimonials, and client logos build trust through proof.

Each service page follows a modular structure with a hero intro, sub-service breakdowns, comparison blocks (e.g. Mainland vs Freezone formation), use cases, differentiators, CEO quotes, and FAQs. Interactive touches such as hover states and scroll reveals add polish without sacrificing performance. Copy is layered for different user types: bold headlines and icons for skimmers, deeper explanations for those seeking context. Lead magnets offer downloadables in exchange for contact details, supported by a blog framework for content marketing. Newsletter sign-ups, WhatsApp links, and dynamic forms provide multiple entry points to the funnel.

Local SEO was addressed with structured data, dedicated location pages, and a map pack strategy. A responsive modular design system enables the team to launch new campaigns or standalone microsites quickly. Technical SEO, caching, and asset optimisation ensure fast load times, while analytics and retargeting integrations support performance marketing.
