Kallos Properties

Interactive holiday‑home portal with multilingual reach & lead funnels

Kallos Properties entered the residential development market with a seaside project at Nea Kerdylia, blending natural materials, A+ energy performance and thoughtful design. The brief was to craft a digital presence that would introduce the brand, showcase the homes and generate qualified leads across multiple markets. The website needed to do more than display floor plans; it had to guide visitors through discovery, comparison and enquiry while accommodating future projects. Clarity, speed, trust and growth remained central.

The brief

The engagement combined brand positioning, interactive UX and lead generation. Key requirements included:

  • Platform: WordPress with Elementor, multilingual support via TranslatePress, and a custom project CMS to scale to new developments.
  • Content: A phased roll‑out starting with a “Coming Soon” landing page (hero teaser, optional countdown, email capture, WhatsApp button, CTA for early‑access brochure), followed by a full site with pages for the project overview, location, design philosophy, unit details and lifestyle benefits.
  • Interactive features: Unit selector (clickable map or plan showing availability, floors, views and sizes), visualised comparison section to answer “Why choose this project?” with icons and microcopy, and a journey progression indicator guiding visitors from area research to selecting a residence and booking a consultation.
  • Lead capture: Soft lead forms that begin with a single question (“What type of home are you looking for?”) and reveal further fields as users engage; download magnets (brochures) and newsletter integration.
  • Virtual discovery tools: Short video walkthroughs with optional voiceover and a form to book live Zoom/Meet presentations, building trust with remote buyers.
  • Multilingual and market reach: Greek, Bulgarian, Romanian and North Macedonian content with localised CTAs, plus future‑ready structure for other languages.
  • Maintenance: Basic technical SEO, performance optimisations, mobile‑first design, analytics integration (Google Analytics & Meta Pixel) and training on CMS and lead workflows.

The execution

The project launched with a teaser landing page designed to capture early interest. A mood image and short copy invited visitors to request the early-access brochure via email or WhatsApp. Once the development was ready, the full site rolled out.

The home page opens with a hero that sets the scene of seaside living. An interactive unit selector lets visitors explore available homes directly on the plan, showing floor, view, and size details. A “Why Choose This Project” block uses icons and concise text to highlight differentiators such as natural materials, A+ energy rating, ground-level layouts, and rooftop jacuzzis. A progress bar runs across each page with four stages—Discover, Explore, Choose, Book—encouraging visitors to complete the journey.

Lead capture is designed to be seamless. Progressive forms start with a simple question and expand as users engage, boosting completion rates. Video walkthroughs and live tour bookings build trust with overseas buyers, while downloadable brochures and newsletters nurture intent.

The site supports Greek, Bulgarian, Romanian, and North Macedonian versions, with translated slugs, metadata, and tailored copy. A modular CMS allows the team to add future projects without structural changes. Technical SEO covers semantic headings, meta descriptions, and alt text, while performance tuning ensures fast mobile load times. Analytics and pixels track behaviour and campaigns, and the Kallos team was trained to manage content and leads independently.

The impact

The interactive, multilingual portal positions Kallos Properties as a trustworthy and forward‑thinking developer. The teaser page captured early interest, and the full site’s interactive unit selector and progressive forms have delivered more qualified leads than static listings. Video tours and live Q&A bookings have fostered relationships with international buyers, while the progress indicator keeps users moving toward enquiry. The site’s structure has proven flexible: new projects can be added without redesign, and translations reach multiple markets.
